📸 Loganslenses – Client Gallery Terms of Service

1. Access & Usage

• Your gallery is available for personal use only. Sharing, downloading, and printing are allowed for personal purposes.

• Do not share, alter, or reproduce the images for commercial use without written permission.

2. Image Delivery & Storage

• Your photos will be available in the gallery for [X] days. Please download and back up your images promptly.

• After this period, the gallery may be removed, and additional fees may apply for re-uploading.

3. Copyright & Ownership

• All images are the property of Loganslenses and are protected by copyright law.

• As the client, you receive personal usage rights. I retain the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed.

4. Editing & Alterations

• Images are delivered in their final, edited form. Additional edits or retouching requests may incur extra fees.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the digital nature of the images, refunds are not available once your gallery is delivered.

• Cancellations after delivery of services will not be refunded.

6. Sharing & Social Media

• Feel free to share your images on social media. Please tag @Loganslenses when sharing to give credit.
